Jo Woodall

A certified nutrition coach, personal trainer and fitness instructor, Jo has an extensive background in nutrition and lifestyle health spanning more than 30 years.

 

Jo's passion is the study of nutritional psychology & habit building and she is constantly researching and educating herself in this area. Jo is the embodiment of consistency, repetition & sustainability.

Cleo Woodall

Having struggled through years of dieting as a teen, Cleo completed a degree in Sports Therapy where she learned about the correct ways to eat, exercise and recover. 

A Precision Nutrition Coach, Cleo thrives on helping people to reach their full potential and become healthier, happier and fitter versions of themselves.
