FAQs

How does The System Project work?

Once you have secured your place on the next live launch, you will have access to the program on the Fit by Wix app, so make sure you download and log in on your phone.. Once you have set this up a countdown to launch will be displayed. In the meantime you will be able to have a play with the app in order to get an idea of use.

Do I need to use the app daily?

We will require you to log in daily, preferably first thing in the morning to view your daily tasks. The app requires you to journal and post pictures of your food in order for us to have a visual idea of your nutritional intake.

Can anyone sign up?

Absolutely! All we ask for is that you embrace the project completely and have fun with it. Commitment is key and your coaches will be there to guide you along the way.

Do I have to exercise?

Exercise is a broad term for various movements. Walking is a form of exercise and moving your body is definitely encouraged. Workouts will be available with options of intensity and in order to benefit from the project we recommend you give them a go!

Why is there no diet plan?

We want you to discover what existing nutritional habits are benefiting you in reaching your goal and what ones aren't. Rather than overwhelming you with suggestions of what to eat and when to eat it, we help you simplifying things by creating a system that allows you to build in simple steps and healthy habits that are sustainable in the long run.

Can I drink alcohol?

If you want to get the full optimum results from the 30 days then it is recommended that you do not exceed 1-2 drinks per week. As this challenge has various individual goal settings for different people, alcohol can inhibit your goals for weight loss, getting better sleep, stress management and overall health.

What about cheat days or meals?

Cheat is not a word we advocate in using in relation to foods. ALL foods are foods! What you choose to eat is ultimately your choice. Its only natural that there will be occasions when you want to eat something that's less nutritious but will satisfy a desire. This is fine, however the implications will have consequences if repeated often, not only on your body but also your mindset and in turn the goal you've set yourself.
