We believe that by incorporating a system of repetitive daily tasks a level of consistency can be maintained. This results in introducing and building beneficial habits, which in turn can help you to achieve a whole range of individual goals.

Once you have secured your place on The System Project, you will join a community on the Fit By Wix App where you will be able to view the program content.

Log in daily to view your daily tasks involving nutrition, exercise, mind and body. Journal and post pictures of your food on the 'Group for feedback from our coaches.

Discover what habits are benefiting you in reaching your goals and which ones aren't. We help you simplify things and build healthy habits that are sustainable.

Workout options will be available. Moving your body is definitely recommended in order to fully benefit from the project.

I have always exercised, looked after myself and eaten well, so I admit I was sceptical about taking part in The System Project and the benefits I would see from just 30 days.  I joined out of curiosity and as I wanted to regain some focus, and I am so glad I did!  The individual daily tasks are small and easy to accomplish, but when put together have helped me to make sustainable lifestyle improvements that have become habit over the past month.
