About the event
This is a great opportunity next week to join your coaches Cleo and Jo for a fun workout on the beach. All abilities welcome !!
What you will need:
Gym wear
Trainers
Water
Towel/mat (optional)
Sunscreen (if ☀️ 🙏🏽)
*Please RSVP this invite and we will meet outside SoBo Beach Bar. Please arrive 15 mins before so we can be ready to go for 8.30am. Workout will be apx 45 mins with a chance to catch-up after over a cool drink at SoBo Beach Bar.
